Catalyst terms of use
1. Product status
Catalyst includes local-only workflows and a managed cloud billing path that may still be in staged rollout depending on hosted capacity. Features described as coming soon are not yet part of paid production service.
2. Accounts and billing
Paid cloud usage requires an active plan. Monthly charges cover the subscription tier first. Overage is billed only after included credits are exhausted and is subject to the account spend cap.
3. Usage metering
Catalyst measures hosted usage in Catalyst Credits. One credit maps to one cent of retail usage. Overage pricing follows the configured retail multiplier for the active billing system.
4. Acceptable use
Users are responsible for prompts, code, and outputs generated through Catalyst. You must not use the service in ways that violate law, intellectual property rights, or provider policy.
5. Availability
Hosted model availability depends on provider uptime, billing health, and Catalyst infrastructure. Local-only features may remain available even if hosted cloud access is unavailable.
